Initial Consultation with Acupuncture
The Initial visit will first consist of a 20-30 minute consultation where we will discuss your chief complaint as well as health history. I will also complete a full body scan and Chinese medicine pulse and tongue diagnosis. The following 15-20 minutes will be for needling, then you get to peacefully rest for 25-30 minutes while the needles go to work. If any adjunct techniques are needed they usually get added at the end after needles have been removed.

Follow Up Acupuncture Treatment
Follow up visits will typically be under one hour. We will briefly check in on how things have been going since the last treatment, but these sessions will focus primarily on acupuncture and adjunct techniques, which can include cupping, gua sha, moxibustion therapy and tui na.
50 mins | $95
Note: Adjunct techniques are performed at no additional charge.
CUPPING – Glass cups are applied along the meridians of the body, creating suction to stimulate energy flow
GUA SHA– Chinese medicine treatment of fascia scraping, used for many conditions
MOXIBUSTION THERAPY – Traditional heat therapy which involves the burning of specific herbs at acupoints of the body
TUI NA – Chinese therapeutic medical massage
